Good Fast Food Choices

Fast Food Meals with less than 550 Calories.  Fast Food, does it have to make you fat?  While eating fast food is never encouraged if you are trying to maintain or loose weight, you don't have to blimp out when you eat out.  Many fast-food chains are feeling the pressure from all of the fatty foods that they are offering and have developed some lower, albeit no that low, alternatives.  And don't forget to excercise!
