These are just four of Red's 35+ carvings he has completed right now.  Keep checking back as we post more of his artwork throughout the weeks.
All antlers are stained with Red's secret stain formulated to preserve the antler.  They are covered by 4 coats of clear coating.  They can then be dusted by Red's favorite dusting agent "Liquid Gold" or other dusting sprays.
All Auction reserve prices are based on the amount of time spent on each product.
All measurements are approximations made with a measuring tape.

Mother Moose and Baby Moose on Moose Antler #1003
Hangs from hooks on the back.
Widest point to tallest 19" X 15 1/2"

Moose are very common in Alaska to say the least.  Hundreds of them gather around and in the largest town in Alaska, Anchorage, and thousands of them gather in the Palmer-Knick area where Red lives.  Alaskans see a moose pretty much every day in the spring and summer months.  In the winter months they can be seen in the large valleys by Red's cabin.  This scene is an exact replica of Alaskan's favorite spring site.  Even the old-timers get excited when they see the baby moose suckling in the spring.  This is a must have for any collector.  The detail is perfect and the scene couldn't be more life-like.

Caribou Scene on Caribou Antler #1004
Fits in an ironwood stand.
Widest point to longest to tallest 7" X 12 1/2 " X 9 1/4"

Caribou antlers are hard to carve.  There is a very small amount of enamel before you start getting into the middle of the horn known by carvers as "crumble horn".  Most carvers do not carve caribou antlers because of this fact.  Red has perfected the etching process enough to get the most out of these antlers.  This particular piece is made from the brow of the antler also known as an eye guard.  The ironwood stand comes from a small plot Red owns in California where he plans to pan for gold some day.
